Advanced Aesthetic Medicine in Marrakesh

Dr Solution Clinic offers aesthetic medicine treatments in Marrakech, including injectables and skin boosters, HydraFacial, microneedling, laser hair removal with three wavelengths, tattoo removal, and non-invasive body treatments. Treatments are led by Dr. Anass Aziz, plastic and aesthetic surgeon in a clinical setting, alongside the clinic’s dental practice.

Aesthetic medicine here follows the same principle as our dentistry: a considered assessment, a clear explanation, and results that look like you. Nothing is proposed that you do not need.

What’s Included in Aesthetic Medicine

Medical treatments for the face, skin, and body.

Face

01. Injectables & Skin Boosters

Hyaluronic acid injections and skin boosters, used to restore volume, hydration, and skin quality. For patients seeking a rested, natural appearance rather than a visible change. We work conservatively and in stages. If a treatment will not give you the result you are hoping for, we will say so at consultation. Results appear progressively over the following days.

02. HydraFacial

A multi-step treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and hydrates the skin in a single session. For dull skin, congestion, or as regular maintenance. No downtime, which makes it suitable before an event or as part of a routine. Around 45 minutes.

03. Microneedling

Controlled micro-perforation that stimulates the skin’s own collagen production. For fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, and overall skin texture. Improvement builds across a course of sessions rather than appearing at once. Usually a course of three to four sessions.

Skin & Hair

01. Laser Hair Removal

Long-term hair reduction using a laser with three wavelengths. Three wavelengths mean the treatment can be adapted to different skin tones and hair types, including darker skin, which single-wavelength systems handle less safely. Treatment is planned across a course of sessions following the hair growth cycle. A course of sessions, spaced several weeks apart.

02. Tattoo Removal

Progressive laser removal or fading of unwanted tattoos. Results depend on the ink colours, depth, and age of the tattoo. We assess yours and give you a realistic estimate of the number of sessions before starting.

Body

01. Body Contouring

Non-invasive treatment targeting localised fat deposits. For localised areas resistant to diet and exercise. This is not a weight-loss treatment and works best alongside a stable routine.

02. Muscle Strengthening

Non-invasive stimulation that induces deep muscle contraction. Used for muscle tone in the abdomen, glutes, or arms, often alongside body contouring.

03. Perineal Rehabilitation

Non-invasive strengthening of the pelvic floor. For postpartum recovery and pelvic floor weakness. Carried out discreetly and without any invasive procedure.

How Treatment Works

Step 1 — Consultation

An unhurried conversation about what you want to change, and an honest view on whether we can achieve it.

Step 2 — Assessment

Your skin, your facial structure, and your medical history are assessed before any treatment is proposed.

Step 3 — Treatment Plan

A plan built in stages, with realistic expectations set for each one. You know what to expect and when.

Step 4 — Treatment & Follow-Up

Treatment is carried out in a clinical setting, with follow-up scheduled to review results and adjust where needed.

FAQs

That is the objective. We work conservatively and progressively, and we can always add at a later session. The reverse is not true, which is why we start carefully.

Typically six to eight, spaced several weeks apart, following the hair growth cycle. Your exact number depends on your hair and skin type and is discussed at consultation.

Our laser works across three wavelengths, which allows the treatment to be adapted to a range of skin tones. Your skin is assessed before the first session.

Redness for a day or two is normal. Most patients return to their routine the following day.

Immediately. The skin looks clearer and more hydrated the same day, which is why it is often done before an event.

Yes, and we recommend it. Aesthetic treatments should follow an assessment, not a price list.
